Dr. Kristin Wrede is one of those people who, as a child, loved animals, and found out that there was a job that involved “playing with animals all day”, and then pursued a career in veterinary medicine. She received her BS in Animal Science from the University of Illinois and earned her DVM from Iowa State University. She has worked for multiple clinics across the state of Missouri and landed at Twin Pines in 2017. When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and their two sons as well as cooking, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors. She also shares her house with a handsome giant schnauzer named Gunner.
